This diet promises losing more than 20 pounds in less than a month, it also makes your skin look better and your body healthier.
The main secret is avoiding carbohydrates (bread, sugar…), all you have to do is stick to the meal plan. First of all you will have to get rid of the carbohydrates from Monday to Saturday and on Sunday you can have normal breakfast and lunch, on Monday you get back to the same plan again.

DIET RULES:

· In the Diet you are allowed to eat:
· All types of meat
· Dairy products (less carbohydrates in limited quantities) such as cheese, up to half a liter of low-fat milk and so on.
· Vegetables – all kinds of green vegetables: cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, onion, garlic, a little tomato, zucchini, peppers, celery, spinach, arugula.
· Eggs in all possible ways (frying is allowed with only one tablespoon of oil)
· Nuts – almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, etc. but not more than 50 grams.
· At least 2.5 liters of water throughout the day

 

· In the Diet you are NOT allowed to eat:
· Any kind of pasta or bread
· No fruit in the first week not even rice, beans, peas, soybeans, green beans and so on.
· Sweets and cakes, or whatever sweet with sugar
· Juices, alcohol
· Snacks

This diet should be used in the first 6 days, so in the 7th day for breakfast and lunch you should eat pasta, potatoes, rice and etc. You still cannot eat sweets or cakes with sugar but you can eat honey or integral biscuits.
After that you go back to day one and you start the diet without any carbohydrates.
